Some New Listings Over at ETSY~

I thought that I might share with you some of my new cards listed over in my shop at ETSY. There are several Mothers Day cards, and a couple of other themes. I love creating cards this time of year~ the colors are just so pretty. Go and take a peek if you wish...

One of my favorites, I just love this little girl with her fairy wand wishing a special Mom a "happy Mothers Day". This card is full of glitter and so sparkly and pretty!

This card would be great for a "glamorous Mom" or even as a birthday card, as I have left the inside blank.

Field Events Special Olympics

This past friday my daughter once again participated in our areas Special Olympics. This time it was field events such as long jumps, softball throws,bocci,50 and 100 meter dashes, etc. The Special Olympics is such a wonderful program for all these kids, instilling in them teamwork, cooperation and the feelings of winning and losing. The endless amounts of volunteers give so much of their time to make sure all events are sucessful. Her are a couple of photos. The first one is my daughter and her classmate accepting an award for her school at the opening ceremonies.

Her group all made sun hats to protect themselves from the hot weather we had on friday.

For A New Baby Girl

Her are some peeks at a really pretty custom order I made for a local customer of mine. It is for a new baby girl named Lila Wren. Isnt that such a nice name? I love it! The album is made from the new DCWV line of paper called Nanas Nursery. It comes in both boy and girl versions and is a nice heavy weight paper. Baby albums are one of my favorite things to make~ To help a family celebrate a new life is a great perk to this little career of mine! Enjoy~~~

Vintage Mothers Day Album

Here is a little sneak peak at my new Mothers Day album. It came out so pretty, and has 42 removable tags and the cutest little pink frosting rose on the cover! It had just been listed on Ebay.

My little birthday journal found a new home this morning in Germany!! Oh how I would love to travel to all of the places my creations do... Wouldnt that be fun?

Special Olympics

Recently my daughter, who has Down Syndrome took part in the spring special olympics. Her sport was swimming and she did so well. Her whole class took part, and it was held in our local YMCA. I am so proud of her accomplishments. She absolutely loves water and came home with a second place ribbon for her individual race. I will be posting some photos shortly.
